We all know about the 33 swaiye in Sri Dasam Granth but there is one more swaiyaa that is present in an old Dasam Granth Bir which is currently residing in the toshekhana of Sri Hazur Sahib.

Udasi Harnam Daas wrote a book giving information about old birs of Sarbloh Granth(He also wrote a steek of Sarbloh Granth).

Udasi ji found an old bir in which Dasam Granth and Sarbloh Granth was combined in one bir and 34th swaiyaa is also present in this bir.

Very interesting theory but it does not seem valid. Theres no evidence suggesting it was originally 34. Udasi Harnam Singh formally known as Naruang Singh Nihang was the first to search about Sarab Loh Granth his knowledge eventually ended up with Santa Singh of Buddha Dal. What Harnam Dass found present in some versions doesnt necessarily mean that this is the original version. Historical books mention that Guru Gobind Singh recited 33 swaiye not 32 or 34 during the creation of Khalsa. Dasam Granth was in existence before Sarabloh Granth and the dasam granth version includes 33 not 34.

When Guru Sahib recited any dhur ki bani composition he recited it in one go as it was revealed . He did not recite it and then add on it later like worldly writers do. There are many theories of compositions and this theory you present of the swaiyes is just one. Some people say Guru Sahib recited Japji Sahib at different times and then it was compiled together. Some people claim Guru Amar Das Ji recited most pauris of Anand Sahib and it was later completed by Guru Ram Das. Some even claim that part of Sukhmani Sahib was done by Baba Sri Chand! Guru Sahib does not leave bani incomplete to add on later.

According to oral tradition, Guru Gobind Singh wrote one extra Svaiya that concludes the famous 33 Savaiya composition within the Dasam Guru Granth. This extra passage is not in the current printed version of the Dasam Guru Granth, but can be seen in a few old saroops of Dasam Guru Granth, noted by both Giani Sher Singh and through the research of Udasi Harnam Das. The tradition holds that Guru Gobind Singh wrote this concluding svaiya upon reaching Nandar in the later years of their life, and is meant to expound upon the highest state of enlightenment.

ਜਿਸ ਕੇ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਗੁਰ ਹਾਥੁ ਧਰ੍ਯੋ, ਵਹੁ ਜਾਨਤ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਕੇ ਘਟ ਕੀ ॥
The one who's forehead has received the touch of the Guru's hand, knows the inner mysteries of all existence.

ਅੰਤਰਿ ਗ੍ਯਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ਭਯੋ ਹੈ, ਆਸਾ ਮਨਸਾ ਸਭ ਛੁਟਕੀ ॥
Within them the light of wisdom shines forth, their hopes and desires have all faded away.

ਆਤਮ ਚੀਨ ਪਰਾਤਮ ਚੀਨ੍ਯੋ, ਫੋਰ ਦਈ ਭ੍ਰਮ ਕੀ ਮਟਕੀ ॥
They have recognized their Self as the Highest Self, the container of doubt which has encased them has been broken in an instant.

ਦੂਖ ਸੂਖ ਸਭ ਤ੍ਯਾਗ ਦਯੋ ਹੈ, ਰਾਮ ਰਸਾਇਨ ਸੇ ਅਟਕੀ ॥
Pain and happiness have both been transcended; being imbued with the flavour of the Omnipresent these afflictions have been stalled.
