My understanding is that, Guru Ji are the embodiment of Naam. Similarly, Naam is personified in Guru Ji. In short, Satguru and Naam are one of the same. The creator is in Sargon form, but comes to earth in the form of Satguru, to enlighten folk...

I think nirgun refers to us humans. That nirguns like us (without a single gun/quality), we r explained/samjavai with gian and dhian of shabad/satgur

Nimarta Ji, meanings seem to be so correct. NIRGUN should be for humans. Sorry for above post Ji.
