Dr. Trilochan Singh

Dr. Trilochan Singh translated Jail Chithhian into English. But I haven't been able to find too much information about him online, specifically about how he knew Bhai Randhir Singh. Can anyone give any information about him?
Did someone like Giani Nahar Singh tell him to translate Bhai sahib's book?
How close was he to Bhai Sahib?

Bhai Randhir Singh was very well known even before Akhand Kirtani Jatha was formed, by people of any religion. This was because he was one of the biggest freedom fighters for Indian independence ever, from inspiring Bhagat Singh to Kartar Singh Sarbha. I don't know how close they were in real life, but in his own way, he did lots of Seva for the Panth as well.
