As I have personally experienced losing pyar for Sikhi atey Guru Pita Maharaj, upon not following langar rehit per Punj Pyare, I would to share how local Gurduara allowed langar from non sikhs in Gurduara, even Gursikhs were consuming?

Neighbors' liiter around home, tobacco, meat, body odor, and constant stomping, knocking is a nighmare...but strangely, keeping Mul Mantar or any Gurshabad audio on 24/7 totally, stopped knocking (worst to tolerate, because unable to focus on Nitnem, and migraine). Even numerous calls to police did not stop knocking, but Gurbani did_/\_
The diet of ginger etc posted by Gurmukh in this forum is also very effective to calm my stress from my living situation.
