Meaning of "Naam Da Khanda Kharaknaaa"

When Bhai Sahib says "Naam Da Khandaaa Kharaknaa" in his books, what does that mean? Many Gursikhs in this forum too use this phrase. Can someone explain what is this phrase used by Bhai Sahib? How does this happen, what and where does Gurumukh feel it (Naam Da Khanda)?

ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਾ ਖੜਕਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਾਮ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨਾ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਮਜ਼ੀਦ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਮਝਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਕੇਵਲ ਪੰਜਾਂ ਪਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਾਮ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਮਾਣੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

Depending on ones previous karam and present Kamaee , Naam can be recited at the beginning stage ( manually by the mouth) or automatically at the navel when the Khanda of Naam is in full force.
