ਸੋਚੈ, ਸੋਚਿ, ਸੋਚੀ and ਸੁਚ

I have noticed many people do Arth of the following pangti:

ਸੋਚੈ ਸੋਚਿ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਜੇ ਸੋਚੀ ਲਖ ਵਾਰ ॥

as you can't clean yourself even if you wash yourself countless times. However, in this pangti ਸੋਚੈ, ਸੋਚਿ, and ਸੋਚੀ all three have a ਹੋੜਾ, which would make it to mean to think. If there was an ਅੋਂਕੜ at the foot of all three words, then it would make sense to do the meaning to clean. I want to know from where do people derive the meaning of the above pangti as to clean or cleaning? How would one properly do meaning of this pangti?
Even the Japji Sahib santhiya file on this website does not have the meaning of this pangti, but only the pronounciation of it.

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ 'ਸੌਚ ' ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਰੂਪ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਨੀ ਆਇਆ .
ਹਾਂ 'ਸੋਚ' 'ਸੁੱਚਤਾ' (cleanliness) ਦੇ ਅਰਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ . ਜਿਵੇਂ :

ਕਾਇਆ ਸੋਚ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਬਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਪਿਆਰ ॥ (੫੯)

ਤੀਰਥ ਦੇਵ ਦੇਹੁਰਾ ਪੋਥੀ ॥ ਮਾਲਾ ਤਿਲਕੁ ਸੋਚ ਪਾਕ ਹੋਤੀ (੨੩੭)

ਸੋਚ ਕਰੈ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਅਰੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਮੈਲੁ ਨ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਤਿ ॥ (੨੬੫)

ਅਠਸਠਿ ਮਜਨੁ ਕਰਿ ਇਸਨਾਨਾ ਭ੍ਰਮਿ ਆਏ ਧਰ ਸਾਰੀ ॥ ਅਨਿਕ ਸੋਚ ਕਰਹਿ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅੰਧਿਆਰੀ ॥ (੪੯੫)

ਨਾਵਹੁ ਧੋਵਹੁ ਤਿਲਕੁ ਚੜਾਵਹੁ ਸੁਚ ਵਿਣੁ ਸੋਚ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥ (੯੦੩)

ਅੰਤਰਿ ਮੈਲੁ ਤੀਰਥ ਭਰਮੀਜੈ ॥ ਮਨੁ ਨਹੀ ਸੂਚਾ ਕਿਆ ਸੋਚ ਕਰੀਜੈ ॥ (੯੦੫)

ਬਰਤ ਸੰਧਿ ਸੋਚ ਚਾਰ ॥ ਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਕੁੰਟਿ ਨਿਰਾਹਾਰ ॥ (੧੨੨੯ )

ਕਰੀ ਪਾਕਸਾਲ ਸੋਚ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਾ ਹੁਣਿ ਲਾਵਹੁ ਭੋਗੁ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ ॥ (੧੨੬੬ )

Bhai Sahib Bhai Randhir Singh Ji, in his book on GURBANI grammer, at page 441, writes that the word ਸੋਚਿ means, to think and it should have CHACHA mukta; if it was to mean "cleanliness". So, for the above pankiti; he has given the meaning as " Simply by thinking process, one can not successfully think about AKAL PURAKH, even if one thinks LAKH VAAR."
