We remember reading somewhere that another Grammar principle in regards to the bindi is the following: all plural masculine nouns ending with a kanna should include bindi the only exception is for the cases Karam Karak Karta Karak , Sanbodhan Karak that do not have a preposition present.

When reading some steeks we noticed that its common for some to add bindi on Adhikaran Karak words which end with a bihari. Is there a specific principle behind this.
