Q1. Are we suppose to do "Kirtan Sohela" as per Nitnem. If Yes then at what time ?
Sohila Sahib is normally done after Bhog of Ran Subaaee Kirtan. Since this is a short Baani, some Gursikhs do Paath of this Baani while sitting in Kirtan around 9-10pm.

Q2. When are we suppose to do our morning Nitnem (here talking of amritvela minimum 5 Banis). At what time (after 5 AM or amritvela) ? What about Ishnaan (if at amritvela) ?
If you are sitting in Ran Subaaee Kirtan, then it seems fine to do Ishnaan and Nitnem after Bhog of Ran Subaaee. At first instance one should do Paath and Ishnaan. One should not eat anything (except for Bhog Degh) until one's Nitnem is finished.

Q3. After Ransubaaee Kirtan is over at 5 AM then there will be Bhog + Ardaas. Then Degh will be distributed. Shall Degh be consumed at this point when Morning Nitnem has not been done yet ?
Consuming Degh is not considered as eating normal food. It is Kirpa from Guru Sahib is not refused ever. So consuming Degh at the Bhog of Ran Subaaee Kirtan is fine. This is what all Gursikhs have been doing since the past. But eating Langar and other food should be avoided until one has finished one's morning Nitnem and Sohila Sahib.
Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee who listened to several Siri Akhand Paath Sahibs in his life, at the conclusion of Siri Akhand Paath Sahib Samagam (including the concluding Siri Asa kee Vaar Kirtan), used to first listen to all missed Nitnems (of 2 days) including Siri Sukhmani Sahibs, do Ishnaan and then used to consume anything to eat but he did used to accept Degh during the Samagam.
Guru Sahib knows the best.
