This Ishtihaar is from 1951 when Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee had not done Akal Chalaana. There is also mention of Amrit Sinchaar. Please note that the instructions for candidates for Amrit have been instructed to wear Yellow (Peeli) Keski and Navy Blue (Surmaee) Dastaara. No mention of Kesri colour which is different from Yellow or Basanti colour.

2.it's very interesting to see Sree Akhand Paath Sahib was an inseparable part of every smagam, though discarded now by organizers due to low/no interest. Remember reading somewhere, where Bhai Sahib called Sree Akhand Paath Sahib mandal as a Sackhandi Mandal in this Kalyug.
