Daas is planning to order some sabloh utensils from lohgarh.ca website. I have noticed they have a lot of sarbloh utensils with hand-made and machine-made variations. Can gursikhs on the forum please advise which ones are best to order?

As long as the utensils are made of Sarbloh, it does not matter if they are handmade or machine-made. Sometimes machine-made utensils are actually better than handmade. Sarbloh pateelay that are handmade are welded at the base and at the side. This results in some difficulty when cleaning the pateelay. We in Canada have been able to make Sarbloh pateelay that are totally one-piece, so it's easier to clean. As far as baatay are concerned, I like the traditional ones i.e. handmade but there is no issue in using machine made baatay.
