What's the importance of jaap which start from 1am? Give seasons also pls.

Naam Japna is desired of us, always.
And that in midnight or earliest in morning; will be our wish, as a sikh, always.
So, those who practice it, get the LAHA, while we sleep.

What are the stages of meditation (Nam Japna)?

I've heard from gursikhs.
those who do many hours of Naam jaapna here are some initial symptoms
1) Kes becomes extremely hot .
2) You'll smell gheo and flowers.
3) you'll feel something sitting on your sukhman naadi and continuously moving on your forehead.
