Is astral body our soul.

What is the difference between astral body & causal body. Is our soul different from astral body. If body is temple of God than looking inside is what matters, is that correct, thanks.

Can anyone respond whose inner journey has started, thanks.

Astral body is not the soul.
Astral world is lower realm where dark and stuck souls also reside.
Although, astral realm is the immediate world you can access from this physical body,, this method of elevating consciousness is not the gurmat method as far as I understand.
There is a difference between Expansion of Consciousness and Elevation of Consciousness.
Expansion is the route you want to take and the route where downloads of gyan will come.

Actually we have 3 bodies. Physical, Astral & causal. Causal body is the innermost body which veils the soul. It is considered the highest subtle body, beyond even the mental body.

Once pineal gland/drib dhristi is activated than one can see various mysteries & our Maker.-pragety bhagvan mahant ke madhey.
