Siri Guru Granth Sahib jee's baani echoes similar views about Siri Krishna, Siri Rama and other avatars:
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ਹੋਰਿ ਕੇਤੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਵਾਲ ॥ ਕੇਤੀਆ ਕੰਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਕਹਾਣੀਆ ਕੇਤੇ ਬੇਦ ਬੀਚਾਰ ॥(Vaheguru is fearless, formless and there are countless Ramas (Rama Chandra) in His dust. There are countless stories (thus creations of) of Kahna (Siri Krishna) and countless Vedas and their thoughts).
In Siri Jap jee Sahib, Siri Guru jee has stated that there are countless Siri Krishnas and Shivas; and countless Brahmas:
ਕੇਤੇ ਪਵਣ ਪਾਣੀ ਵੈਸੰਤਰ ਕੇਤੇ ਕਾਨ ਮਹੇਸ ॥ ਕੇਤੇ ਬਰਮੇ ਘਾੜਤਿ ਘੜੀਅਹਿ ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗ ਕੇ ਵੇਸ ॥Kulbir Singh
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਬਚਨਕਮਾਵਣੇਸਚਾਏਹੁਵੀਚਾਰੁ॥
