Why is Kabir Jee saying this ?

ਕਹਤੁ ਕਬੀਰੁ ਸੁਨਹੁ ਰੇ ਲੋਈ ॥
Says Kabeer, listen, O people:

ਅਬ ਤੁਮਰੀ ਪਰਤੀਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥੪॥੨॥੩੫॥
now, I place no reliance in you. ||4||2||35||


Why is Kabir jee saying that he wont trust the world anymore ?

I THINK LOI HERE IS REFERRING TO BHAGAT JIS WIFE " LOEE" AND NOT PEOPLE. BHAGAT JI USE TO DO SANGAT OF HEAD SHAVING ACESTICS AND HIS WIFE WOULD TELL HIM THEY WERE NO GOOD BEGGARS JUST EATING UP ALL THE FOOD AND HE THOUGHT THESE ACSETICS WOULD LEAD HIM TO MUKHTI BUT HE FOUND OUT HE WAS WRONG AND SHE WAS WRONG. THIS IS FROM A SAKHI IM NOT POSITIVE THAT LOEE IS REFERRING TO HIS WIFE THOUGH MORE SEARCH NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THIS SHABAD.

Many scholars have interpreted ਲੋਈ as Bhagat Kabir jee's wife but this does not seem to be the case because of presence of ਰੇ which is a masculine word. If the meaning had been ਲੋਈ the wife, then instead of ਰੇ there would have been ਰੀ. The meaning of the Pankiti is

ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਫੁਰਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਲੁਕਾਈ (ਦੁਨੀਆ) ਹੁਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਰਤੀਤ ਭਾਵ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਭਾਵ ਹੁਣ ਸਾਡਾ ਮਨ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

The whole Shabad is extremely sweet.
