I agree with Jaskirat Singh Jee, the Panthic Maryada is a good start for all abhilakhees in learning Sikh Maryada. Also, if you are interested there is a " Sehajdhari Rehatnama" which is accredited to Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh Ji. This rehatnama can be found in Professor Pyara SInghs rehatnama book " Rehatname". Pyaara SIngh doesn't believe this work was written by Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh Ji but either way its a good read for Sehajdharis. The gist of the rehatnma is as followed:
1. Sehjadharis should stay away from Hindu rites ( ex wedding rites of the Brahmins)
2. Sehadharis should stay way from Hindu rituals and pilgrimages.
3. Sehjadhari should keep their kes and disassociate with those who have turned their back from the Guru including those who have cut their Kes which includes not eating from Vemymukhs.
4. Sehajdhari should keep sangat of Gursikhs and wipe their feet/shoes.
In essence this is the basic maryada of Gursikhs.
