On wearing engraved kara

Vahiguroo ji ka Khalsa Vahiguroo ji ki Fateh!

Is it okay to wear kara with engraved panktis from Gurbani? Wouldn't it be beadbi while going to toilet or in many other situations?

Baba deep singh ji and other puratan singh's used to have gurbani engraved kara as well as shastars (shastars kept at akal takhat sahib)... So i don't think there is any problem in wearing gurbani engraved kara's...
