Basically Guru Sahib is saying that Daivi Gunn i.e. good virtues and Satt i.e. the Truth i.e. the true Naam are like brother and sister i.e. a Gursikh needs to possess both Gurmat virtues like Santokh, Vichaar, Nirvairta, Nirbhaita etc. and Gurmat Bhagti in order to meet Vaheguru.
Ramkali kee Vaar is one of the hardest Baanis to interpret and understand. I realized this when Guru Sahib took Seva of Santhiya from me.
