Akali Shakti are similar to Ridhi Sidhi that Gurmukhs get but these Akali Shaktis like Ridhi Sidhi of inferior level are not rooted in Maya but given by Vaheguru jee. In Gurbani Ridhi Sidhi of both inferior and superior level are mentioned by the same name but you can distinguish them by the use of context they are used in.
Ridhi Sidhi powers of inferior level can be attained by seekers of other religions too but Akali Shaktis are peculiar to Gurmukhs only who attain them after they reach a certain Aatmak-Avastha. Bhai Sahib has mentioned these Shaktis but has not written too much about them.
