Mehtab singh Ji.. though its good to have Amritsar Sahib having a "holy city" status.. but in actuality it will be only for papers...
go to any other "holy city" in india.. example haridwar.. there is no shop for meat/alcohol in the city .. but do u think there is no meat/alcohol in people houses??.. its full.. my relatives live there.. so i know it well...
the moment u step out of such holy cities.. all u c is a kilometer stretch of meat and alcohol shops.. and all the people from the city go there and eat..
so not a big deal if a city is declared holy or not... people seldom change if a city changes its status
like beggars in india say.. je de de taa bhi bhala.. je na de taa bhi bhala!!
