Yes Bhai Madan Singh jee lives in the UK, he has written a few books on Sikhee and has good knowledge on Gurmat. He has played a vital role in Sikhs getting their rights for Dastar,Kirpan and other Dharmic rights in the UK way back from the late 60s to the early 90s.
He was a Sangee of Bhai Sahib and the Rangley Sajaan for many years. It is not right in my view to share information on them while they are alive. It maybe good to get in contact with Singhs from your local area, i.e. Birmingham to perhaps meet him.
