Dass was recently reading Master jees jeevani again as a refresher. I interestingly noticed that Master jee wrote two books called
Gurmat Gohaj Ratan and Sunyjay Ghar Kaa Pahunaa.

Does anybody have the above books mentioned, could they give a brief overview on what they are about too? They seem like a rarity

Below is the part of Master jees jeevani I greatly loved. Moorakhs like me can barely read BaNee for Sehaj Paath, let alone be a proficient Akhand paathi

"Master jee was a great Akhand Paathee from laReedaar saroop. Almost all of Bhai Sahib Randheer Singh jee's old companions were good Akhand Paathees. Because the Singhs used to listen to so much beautiful keertan, they also were beautiful paathees. When Bhai Sahib used to go to Keertan Smaagams, he used to always have many Akhand Paathees with him who used to also do seva in Akhand Paaths. Many of the Singhs in Ranglay Sajjan listened to entire Akhand Paaths in one sitting. Master jee also did this. By listening to Akhand Paaths, the transforming power of GurbaaNee can be experienced. Nowadays, Akhand Paaths are certainly a part of our Smaagams due to tradition, but only a few Singhs and Singhnees actually go to listen. Perhaps this is why there are less lovers of baaNee today than before".

Master Joginder Singh was a great Gurmukh companion of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee and he was the son-in-law of Bhai Sahib's closest companion - Bhai Joginder Singh jee Patiala and Bibi Harbans Kaur jee. Bhai Joginder Singh and Bhai Sahib were once listening to Paath being done by Master jee. It was the first time Bhai Joginder Singh had seen him. It would not be out of context to mention that Master jee was a great Akhand Paathi; actually a legendary Paathi. Bhai Joginder Singh looking at this Darshani Paathi said that he is the kind of Singh he is looking for his daughter. Bhai Sahib unwittingly and unplanned said that he alone is like him i.e. Master jee himself is like himself. There and then they both decided to get him married to their daughter. Bhai Sahib then thought that they did not even consult their daughter. They asked their daughter as to her opinion on the Singh they had chosen for her. Now this Bibi was not ordinary Bibi. She was an embodiment of Gurmat. She replied saying that what was the need for her to see or judge when her father and Bhai Sahib were there to worry.

When the Singh got up from Siri Akhand Paath Sahib, they discovered that his feet were a bit deformed but that did not prevent them from not going ahead with the Rishta. Gursikhs tell that this Rishta was an ideal Rishta and the marriage was made in Sachkhand. It is hard to find an example of such Bibi anywhere else. There was never a time when the couple had an argument. They both were drenched in the holy colour of Naam.
