Extract from "Gurmat Vichar"

I meant to post the following on Vasakhi, but work constraints kept me very busy for last while.

The following are point form notes from the book “Gurmat Vichar” by Bhai Sahib on the first ever Vasakhi ...

Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh on Vasakhi

Guru Sahib destroyed all Hindu practices and Devi worship
It was established that the “true” devi for the Khalsa is the Sri Sahib “Bhaugti”
All other Hindu-Mat devi/devteh worship was false
Guru Sahib took the Punj Pyareh into a tent and took off their heads. They came out fully alert and new.
People who claim Guru Sahib cut the Heads of Goats are completely false
Guru Sahib established a extreme task, and did an extreme miracle by which everyone who was present were shocked and amazed
The 5 Punj Pyareh were all from different castes, all low castes
This did not mean that Punj Pyareh had to be from that specific caste, or that women were Purposely not selected as Punj.
At that time, women were treated as low caste (shoodar) and only did Guru Gobind Singh Ji set the example, and allowed both women and men to take Amrit, thus becoming the only Panth to practice true equality among men and women
It was not just Hindus, but Muslims also took Amrit, “Ouch DamalReh Vala Singh Sajaiya”
Bhai Sahib then quotes the following tukh’s
Hindu/Muslim Mat
ਤੀਸਰੋ ਪੰਥ=Khalsa
Thus, Guru Sahib states that he started a seperate panth opposed to the two already established Muslim/Hindu Traditions.
ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅੰਨ੍ਾ ਤੁਰਕੂ ਕਾਣਾ
ਦੁਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਿਆਣਾ
Here, Bhai Sahib mentions that meaning of “Gyanee” in this Tukh is Khalsa. Thus, again mentioning how Guru Sahib put down Hindu/Muslim mat, and created a distinct Khalsa.
It is wrong to say that Amrit was prepared here, in a normal fashion
Amrit was prepared from “lupt mandala”
It’s wrong to say that everyone who took Amrit from even the same Khanda that was used at the first Amrit Sinchar experienced amazing Jeevans and spiritual powers
Even if one took Amrit from that Bata, not until keeping full Rehit is one able to experience the power of Amrit
Until one follows all Gurmat Rehit, they remain "sheep"
On that day of Vasakhi, it became known that Khalsa was only those who understand/follow Gurmat

There is probally a lot of error’s in this summary, please forgive. If i missed any main points, please add.
