SOPW on Latest Punjab

We are receiving mixed reports, following is latest we have received following:

Breaking News - Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana transferred from Patiala to Chandigarh, now being transported somewhere else - so now he is outside of jurisdiction of Punjab Govt. All it will take now is for President to approve hanging - which she doesn't have to make public & execution will proceed as planned. Singhs who are active in Punjab are either under arrest or house arrest, thus they cannot physically to do anything.

Khalsa Jee, is there any info about what date the dushts have set or is it going to be 31st itself?

jathedar of akaal takht jus came on Sikh channel and said that Bhai Balwant singh Rajonana ji is still in patiala
