Daas wants to humbly share a recent experience. Please note this is not to suggest that daasre are any worth but to share the Agam Agaadh Mehma of our Sache Patshah.
Recently we had not been able to attend any kirtan samagams due to financial constraints. Daas and Singhni were feeling a great urge to attend the samagam next month but were holding back as there was not enough money available to finance the trip. But one day the urge to go to the samagam made us book our flights etc. After booking we both realised the financial difficulty this will bring us through and were bit worried. But as soon as daas finished booking the trip we checked the mailbox to see the confirmation emails. All the required emails were there but to our surprise there was one extra email which we were not expecting.
Daas’s singhni had joined a university course recently and the fee for that was due next month. The email was from the program coordinator at the university saying that the University is offering us 5% discount on the original offer as she had taken admission in early application period. When we calculated the 5% it came out to be only few dollars away from the total amount we are spending on our travel to the samagam. In fact Guru sahib provided us the full amount for the Samagam trip in a fraction of second. What else these neech kameen akirtghan paapi daasre do except doing kotaan kot shukaraarna to Guru sahib for looking after us. What bigger miracle we want to assure us that guru sahib is waiting for us to make the effort of one step and he comes for us.
