I am looking for the correct meanings of the following 2 pankitis that appear on Ang-1305 of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

So speaks Keerat: O Guru Amar Daas, please protect me and save me; I seek the Sanctuary of Your Feet. ||1||15||

Guru Amar Daas is our Saving Grace, who carries us across; in lifetime after lifetime, I seek the Sanctuary of Your Feet. ||2||16||

From here the Savaiyas of Bhatt Keerat start and this is the first Savaiya of Bhatt Keerat in this Baani.

O Guru Amardaas (The ending alphabets are mukta because Guru Sahib is being addressed here).
Keerat is saying.
Haai Haai, Traasmaan! Traasmaan!
I seek the Sharan of your Charan.

In Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee's own words, the translation is as follows:

I don't think Bhatt jee is asking for wandering in reincarnation but what it means is that if I have to take Janam (for whatever reason) then O Siri Guru Amardaas jee, may I always stay in your Sharan.

You see, we don't have a fixed surety that we are going to make it in this life for sure. In case we have to take Janam, then naturally our next option would be that may we be born as Sikh again, so that we may get emancipated.
