Sarbloh Bibek and Multivitamin pills...

i have recently started keeping sarbloh bibek in gradual steps. but i wanted to ask is taking multivitamins pills ok? the rest of my family does not keep bibek but are supportive. they say taking milo(sachets) are fine. etc. what should i take?
please give me some advice.

1. Consulting with SInghs, medicine is fine as along as it is dry(pills) & meat free(e.g gelatin capsuls), but singhs dont consume liquid based medicine.(e.g. cough syrup).

2.No, milo is not bibek because it has been "processed"(cooked) at some stage of its production.
