ਸੁਨਭੂਪਤਿਯਾਜਗਤਮੈਦੁਖੀਰਹਤਹਰਿਸੰਤ॥ਅੰਤਲਹਤਹੈਮੁਕਤਫਲਪਾਵਤਹੈਭਗਵੰਤ॥੨੪੫੫॥

In the following verses is the word jagat a dehli deepak and the meaning

ਸੁਨ ਭੂਪਤਿ ਯਾ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਦੁਖੀ ਰਹਤ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤ ॥ ਅੰਤ ਲਹਤ ਹੈ ਮੁਕਤ ਫਲ ਪਾਵਤ ਹੈ ਭਗਵੰਤ ॥੨੪੫੫॥

Listen king of this world ( wordly king). In this world the saints do not suffer, and in the end they reap the fruit of full Mukhti and merge in God.

Meaning- Saints get jivan mukhti while still in this world.

or is the meaning

ਸੁਨ ਭੂਪਤਿ!, ਯਾ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਦੁਖੀ ਰਹਤ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤ ॥ ਅੰਤ ਲਹਤ ਹੈ ਮੁਕਤ. ਫਲ ਪਾਵਤ ਹੈ ਭਗਵੰਤ ॥੨੪੫੫॥

Listen king! In this world the saint do not suffer, and in the end they reap the fruit of full Mukhti and merge in God.

Rehat has two meanings. One is conduct/maryada the other meaning means without. In these verses it seems like the latter because Saints are above misery and pleasure due to their detachment of the world.

ਹਰਖ ਸੋਗ ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਰਹਤ ਹਹਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸੰਤਾ ॥

In the following verses is the word jagat a dehli deepak and the meaning

Jagat does not seem to be Dehli Deepak here because the presence of ਯਾ after ਭੂਪਤਿ, does not allow us to connect these two words and its also not necessary for the meaning. And if these two words do get joined as ਜਗਤ-ਭੂਪਤਿ, then too the meaning will be World-King (King of the world) and not worldly king. ਜਗਤ-ਭੂਪਤ means King of the World, ਜਗਤੀ-ਭੂਪਤ means worldly king just as ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਗੁਰੂ means Guru of the world but ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ means worldly Guru.

The meanings of this Pankiti are very straight forward:

ਸੁਨ ਭੂਪਤਿ ਯਾ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਦੁਖੀ ਰਹਤ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤ ॥ ਅੰਤ ਲਹਤ ਹੈ ਮੁਕਤ ਫਲ ਪਾਵਤ ਹੈ ਭਗਵੰਤ ॥੨੪੫੫॥

(Listen O King, in this Jagat the Sants remain Dukhi (in the worldly sense because they don't enjoy the pleasures of the world. So from worldly point of view they are Dukhi); but in the end, they get the reward of Mukti and attain Bhagwant Vaheguru).

Rehat has two meanings. One is conduct/maryada the other meaning means without. In these verses it seems like the latter because Saints are above misery and pleasure due to their detachment of the world.

Rehat also means the verb staying or living (ਰਹਿਣਾ) as it is in the following Pankitis:

If the meaning had been without sorrow then the spellings of Dukh would have been ਦੁਖ and not ਦੁਖੀ. ਦੁਖੀ is an adjective whereas ਦੁਖ is a noun.
