Is this Gurdwara Operational? I heard from Singhs who recently visited Dubai that Samagam happened in a Factory warehouse? Sikhs are not allowed to freely worship in Dubai? I heard that even Hindu mandir is also facing a hard time in Dubai?

There are religious restrictions no doubt, but this Gurdwara being built is a reality. Daas and his father have visited several Gurughars in Dubai, mostly built inside a camp where construction workers (mostly Singhs and some other non-Sikhs from the subcontinent) stayed.

so its being built, not operational yet ... right?
