Another hukamnama question

Gur fateh pyari saadh sangat

Daas has another question regarding hukamnamas, hopefully gursikhs can help me, what I need to ask is, if there is something about nindaks in your hukamnama, and you feel that maharaj is not saying you are the nindak but at the same time you don't feel you are having any problems from any one doing ninda of you, what are we meant to understand as the meaning of nindak in the vaak? What I mean to say is are there any other meanings/ contexts of nindak in Gurbani.
For example, daas recieved this beautiful hukamnama from maharaj, in regards to the circumstances I have written above, how do I interpret this in my life?

Waheguru ji ka khalsa
Waheguru ji ki fateh

Firstly, ninda is saying something false or with wrong intent.

Telling the truth for good reasons isn't ninda.

Secondly, will post a Tuk which i heard long time back in Saadh Sangat

" Bol so dharmiya maun kat dhari ram "
If you are religious then do speak, why are you silent ?

I was unable to find this Tuk, will be obliged if someone could post the source.

I think Veer BJ Singh is referring to this pankiti:

O you of sublime faith, chant the Lord's Name; why do you remain silent?

Thanks a lot Kulbir Singh ji,
I found the Shabad, would request you to please provide source or ang number with every post.
This will help readers to read the whole Shabad and veechaar by Giani's like Prof. Sahib Singh ji.
Get more in-depth knowledge.

After reading the full Shabad, i found the above Tuk not relevant to ninda.
The one below gives better explaination on what to speak.

So speak the Truth, in righteousness, and do not speak falsehood. The disciple ought to travel the route, pointed out by the Guru. ||3||
