Does Gurmat acknowledge these hindu matt concepts ?

According to Vedanta, inside our physical body, there are 2 more bodies called -- sukhsham sharira and karan sharira.
Does Gurmat agree on this ?

According to jogmat, the sukhsham sharira(subtle or astral body) has 6 energy centres called 'chakras' and 3 main energy channels called 'nadis'.
Does Gurmat agree to this ?

In short - I beleive Gurbani does agree with the concepts you mention Harinder Singh jeeo - but goes and delves much further and beyond our own comprehension - such as turia avastha - dasm duar -- and beyond.

Sooksham Sareer or Kaaran Sareer is not mentioned in Gurbani but in the books of Gursikhs Sooksham Sareer is mentioned. Sooksham Sareer is referred to as that entity that lives in the physical body. It includes Aatma, Mann (mind), Chit, Budhi etc. Even though the Sooksham Sareer is more Lateef (micro, fine) than the Asthool (physical) Sareer, still it contains some elements or impurities related to Maya. When one rises above the Sharam Khand, one gets more purified in the sense that the impurities of Maya are deleted. The body form with which one exists in Sachkhand could be called Kaaran Sareer or whatever name you want to give it. It is one's purest form and this form is made of same substance as Vaheguru and this is why it can have union with Vaheguru jee.

Gurmat does not deny the existence of Khat Chakra or nadis but does not bother about them either. So much exists in this universe and Gurmat does not deny its existence but at the same time is not bothered by it either. As an example Gurbani acknowledges the existence of Devtas, Devis, ghosts etc. but does not concern itself with them. For a Gursikh, the existence of these things is not relevant as he does not cross path with them, too often.

Every human has three bodies namely physical, subtle (sookhsham) and casual (karan). science only deals with what is visible that is physical body or waking stage. Indian researchers of truth did find the other two. Sookhsham body is dreaming stage and casual is combination of two.

All three exist in expanse of maya. These are called "trai Gunas" in gurbani and a sikh has to reach turiya stage by crossing these.

Ŧarai guṇ mā▫i▫ā moh hai gurmukẖ cẖa▫uthā paḏ pā▫e.
The three qualities hold people in attachment to Maya. The Gurmukh attains the fourth state of higher consciousness.
