We Sikhs like to place the prefix "Sardar" or "Sirdar" beside our names but who is a Sirdar? Sirdar means one with Izzat (respect, honour) and one who is a leader. According to Gurbani only such person is a Sirdar who obeys the divine Hukam:

So Bhai, if we want to be real Sardars, we must follow Guru Sahib's Hukams - Naam Japna, Paath Karna, Rehit Rakhni ...

Naam Japna, Paath Karna, Rehit Rakhni is "Is that all"?? Do you think doing these 3 things is mere "is that all"?

"change Karam Karne" is a good thing. Khush jee?

I don't know why you have this impression that we don't support doing good Karams.
