Is a sikh (Amritdhari or not) not believing in Vaheguroooo Gurmantar similar to a Manmukh?

Recently having read about the impact of sangat of Manmukh, the question came "Is a sikh (Amritdhari or not) not believing in Vaheguroooo Gurmantar similar to a Manmukh?". Shall we do sangat of such person?

Naam is the foundation of Sikhi and the soul of Sikhi. If someone does not believe in Naam, then the Sangat of such person should surely be avoided. In the last 5-10 years, I have witnessed many promising spiritual candidates led astray because of Sangat of such persons as described in the above post. They still look like Sikhs but their actions have become Manmukh-like. They have started eating meat, given up Rehit and even Nitnem. May Guru Sahib save all His Gursikhs from getting astray.
