Sehaj Paath

Waheguru Jee Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Jee Kee Fateh Jee,

With Guru Jee's kirpa, I've been doing sehaj paath for some time now. However, this is my first sehaj paath and I wasn't fully aware of the full maryada before I started. So I have a few queries that I'd appreciate if they could be answered.

Firstly, should one do ardas before and after every time you continue the sehaj paath because I only did ardas when I started it initially and then I thought the next time I should do ardas is when the sehaj paath is completed so I haven't been doing ardas at all in between until today this is what hit me all of a sudden, that maybe what I've been doing is not the right way...

Also, I have been doing sehaj paath from my laptop,ipod...is this acceptable?

Bhen jeeo -- laptop/ipod acceptable - for me personally a big NO-- as it can never be the same as doing it proper in the presence of Maharaj Dhan SGGS. --

question why do such a high deed on a laptop/ipod?

1. Sehaj Paath is done from Siri Guru Granth Sahib jee's Saroop after doing full Ishnaan.

2. Yes, Ardaas is done before and after each Paath session.

3. Degh is prepared at the Aarambh of Paath and at Bhog.

4. Paath from Pothi too has great Mahatam but it's not called Sehaj Paath. One can call it Sadharan Paath.
