Did Guru Nanak Sahib Ji wore Kirpaan?

Posted by MB Singh
This is completely unsaid topic. One Veer Ji in Canada guesses that it should be there on His person.

It's highly unlikely that Siri Guru jee travelled far and wide through dense jungles and hostile nations and did not have Siri Sahib on Him.

Kangha is supposed, also to be there, along with Dastaar. Kachhera was there. With kara and kirpaan, all five Kakkars seem to be on person with Guru Sahibaan. Veer Ji gives the idea that these rehats were, more or less in practice; with all Guru Sahibaan. When Guru Arjan Dev Sahib Ji asks Guru Hargobind Sahib to wear two Kirpaans; it shows that wearing the one was very much supposed.

The picture of shasters posted by Jaspreet Veer is from Takht Patna Sahib museum . Sri Sahib is clearly visible. With a Chakkar on the top left. Looks sarbloh to me.

I did ask a Jatha Singh from Patna to get back to me on these shasters, but never heard as I & he both forgot about it.

BHai Sahib Jeeo,

I dont deny GUru Sahib kept shasters, but Im just curious
do you believe Baba Buddha Ji founded the Buddha Dal.
Buddha Dal means army of the old while Taruna Dal means
army of the young, and both dals were created well after
Pehli Paatshahs time.

I always believed that Shaster Vidya was first taught by
Guru HarGobind Sahib Ji through the instructions of Guru Arjan dev ji.
Can you provide the reference ( source) which states Pehli Paatshah
taught shaster vidya to Baba Buddha Ji.
