Veer Kulbir Singh jeeo, looking at the last pangti of previous salok (quoted above), it seems like here ਮੰਨਿਐ means (Naam Manana i.e. Naam Japna and not Hukam Manana)
But "Kirpakaro" jeeo, is there any difference between Naam and Hukam? Naam alone is the Hukam. When Gurbani says Naam Japo, it naturally means that Naam japo according to Gurmat. According to Gurmat, Naam is japped by taking or adopting Gurmat (teachings of Guru Sahib). Is it possible to do Gurmat Naam Abhyaas, without keeping Rehit? Is it possible to Japp Naam without abstaining from Bajjar Kurehits? So where ever there is Hukam for Naam Japna, it means to Japp Naam according to Guru Sahib's Matt i.e. Gurmat.
According to the worldly way, a disease is not eliminated by medicine alone but by taking full advice of the doctor. One has to keep Sanjam (Parhez, dos and donts) also. Same way, Naam roopi medicine too must be taken along with Gurmat Sanjam.
