Jathedar Harcharan Singh "Mahalon"

Jathedar Harcharan Singh "Mahalon" became Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib Jathedaar in 1980.
He helped a lot during the difficult times of 78 onwards

There is not much about him on line
I know he helped and protested big in the Nakodar Beadbi of burning of Sri Guru Granth Sahib jees Birs. The full incident can be read here

I found this speech he gives at the Dharam Yudh Morcha! If only all a Jathedaar could speak like this.

He states all Gursikhs should be Rehitvaan and do Simran like there's no tomorrow.

Looks like Jathedaar Jee had good and effective personality. I heard that sometimes he use to come to attend Shaheedi Gurpurab Reinsabai at Banga. Here is his picture I could pull out from a bad conditioned pamphlet.
