What is correct and what is wrong is known only to Guru Sahib but as per Puratan Gursikhs in Jatha such Gurbani Uchaaran was not practiced in Jatha. All you have to do is listen to Kirtan by senior Gursikhs like Bhai Jeevan Singh, Bhai Atma Singh jee Panjokhra Sahib, and Giani Harbhajan Singh jee Shatrana.
If you want Shudh ucharan, then the best thing to do is read gurbani yourself and do what you feel is right. We shouldn't rely on others telling us which style is correct. Using common sense and doing abiyass of Gurbani is the best tool to obtain Shudh ucharan.
