For a few years now I have been using a home made spiritual diary in which I record the paaths I do (apart from Nitnem), this practise has motivated me to do more paath as well as keep track of paaths I have done. Sometimes when I need to ask something from Guruji I will do X number of paaths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji and this has always helped me to have my ardaas answered. Anyway, I am working on a Spiritual Diary in which I would like to give away free to anyone who asks for one (anywhere in the world). I am planning to add the following entries to be recorded:
Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji
Sri Japji Sahib Ji
Mool Mantar
Waheguru Jaaps
If anyone has ideas as to what else I can add to be recorded, that would great. Some ideas are (going to Gurdwara, doing sewa, giving daswandh, etc)
