Hemp (bhang) plant is a good source of protein. But is it acceptable for Gursikhs?

We eat fruits, which are also used to make wine. So would non-recreational usage of hemp be okay? At the same time, we know the story of Guru Gobind Singh Ji's horse not even willing to cross the field of tobacco.

There are many other good sources of Protein; then why consume something as controversial as this? I don't know if it has nasha in it but if it does, then surely it's not acceptable. On the other hand Khas-Khas (poppy seeds) from which opium is made, are commonly used in India to make Shardaaee and other items and is acceptable since it does not have nasha.

VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA, VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

Marijuana is commonly baked into brownies and causes its intoxicating effects when ingested orally. Therefore, their intoxicating effect is not restricted to smoke inhalation only, but also through consumption.

[www.thestonerscookbook.com] - how to prepare and then abuse marijuana brownies.

Those who claim that milk and marijuana together cannot produce an intoxicating effect should read this:

[www.thestonerscookbook.com] - check the comments section. Plenty of people stoned out of their gourds.

Does not look acceptable. Difference with the other ingredients is that they actually have to be processed (fermented, as is the case of grapes) to produce the intoxicant, where the raw ingredient in its fresher state has no intoxicant. Marijuana, in its natural state has THC, which is the intoxicant, without processing.

Not sure what you mean... There are different varieties of hemp, some are used for fibers and food, and some for drugs.

Using the hemp seeds grown for food is okay, since they don't contain any chemicals causing intoxication.
