colourful padched lareevar(?) gutka

Posted by piyasi chatrik
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਕਾਖਾਲਸਾਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਕੀਫਤਹਿ !!!

Chatrik came across this gutka that he brought back from the local Gurughar:

It by Gyani Darshan Singh Mallewal-Taksal.

green and orange signify bishraams:
alaph bishraam --->(, comma) as green
ardh bishraam--->(; semicolon)as orange
blue and black for doing normal padched.

The question is..is it lareevaar or not?
As in the normal padched words are seperated at the wrong place yet in this gutka they are intact...

Can gursikhs here discuss about this new form of padched or is it still lareevaar ?

Have to say this is the most colourful gutka I have ever seen...lol grinning smiley

This is just a new form of pad-chhed because it suggests or shows us the possible pad-chheds of words.

They think they are clever, lol. Funny guys...

i dont think he is trying to be clever, this is a very nice tool to get santiya with the bisraams and jamkees

and also practice lareevaar

Actually, you are right. But only if it is used for santhia causes.

Hanjee, when i first tried to read larrivaar i couldnt do it, but gutkai like these help a lot in the beginning proccess

Chatrik Jee, is the gutka sahib Nitnem or Sundar Gutka?
I've always wanted one of baba jee's gutkai

i thought wearing red or green is prohibited in sikhi according to certain rehat maryada's
so why is the bani have a color of green and red?

It's only Red Green clothes that Singhs avoid but not the colours itself. How can you avoid green leaves or green grass? Same way, Red apples or natural Red cheeks are not prohibited. smiling smiley

Someone should praise efforts of Bhai Sahib and request him to publish poothis in proper larridaar format. We are quick to point out mistakes of others but it is only through recognizing someone's efforts that we can request them to correct their 'mistakes'.

Publishing pothis in pad-ched is wrong. According to Sant Kartar Singh Ji, it's mahaa-manmat and should not happen.

Gursikhs should be willing to listen to requests of sangat and who knows maybe he may start publishing larridaar pothis/sanchees.

It's a nitnem gutka but also has Baramaha in it.

So maybe, we can consider it as doing padchedd "using colour" instead of doing padchedd "using distance".

What Baba Darshan Singh has printed is not a pothi it is a gutka sahib

In the taksal, whey they teach you nitnem, they teach that from Pad Chhed, but the rest is Larreevaar (i.e Panj Granthi, Bhagat Bani, Baee Varan, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, Sri Dasam Granth Sahib)

The point that you are missing is that This gutka sahib is made to help us with santhiya, it is a tool.

Publishing SGGS Jee Saroops in Padd Chedd is wrong

A very colourful gutka! A new way to help do santhiya, while keeping the gutka "larivaar" in one sense.
