Can users load up images of stamp marks in Siri Guru Granth Sahib jee Saroops
I found a few image of stamps and other images of old saroops/pothis
I would like to know if signatures have changed in saroops after Dashmesh Jee gave Gur-Gaddi to Satguru Granth Sahib jee.
Which are common styles of stamps/signatures etc
Also if anyone has information on any other images posted, please share
This Saroop is the Baba Ala Singh Jee saroop, which contains the Nishan(signature) of Sahib Sree Guru Gobind Singh Jee
Signatures Sri Guru Gobind Singh jee
This Saroop is located at Takht Sree Patna Sahib Jee
This is the Kartarpur Beerh. This is the Saroop that Sree Guru Arjan Dev Jee Maharaaj recited, and Bhai Gurdaas Sahib Jee handwrote
It is said that this is the actual pothi sahib that Guru Nanak Dev Jee gave to Guru Angad Dev Jee,when Guru Angad Dev Jee was appointed Guru by Guru Nanak Dev Jee.
This is the actual hand writing of the 1st Guru of the Sikhs.During this time the Gurmukhi script was still in it's developing stages. As such there was no "Kanna" in Gurmukhi writing.
This Saroop is located in the British Library.
