Old Gurbani Tapes, Videos (Adab)

I would just like to ask if anyone has any advice on how to respectfully dispose of (for lack of a better word), old tapes and videos with Gurbani on them? We have phoned one Gurdwara Sahib with a bhata sahib about agan bhet, but they have said no. Could anyone else who has been in this situation please advise if they have found any solution.

This is a good point and an important issue. Personally me and many such singhs daas know have 100's of tapes and cd's , which we have never used for many years, I don't know that weather doing agan bhet of plastics can create black smeely fumes , please help

the fumes that come from burning plastic can be toxic- they can make you really sick if you inhale too much. so do be careful.
