Physical harm Vs Emotional (Spiritual) Harm

Some time back, a very knowledgable gursikh said the following to me
" talvar da vaar tan bhar janda hai, par shabdan da vaar nahin bharrdaa"

Injury by a sword attack can be healed, but injury done by harming/harsh/hurting words cannot be healed.

I really liked it and just want to know if its mentioned in Gurbani anywhere.

Indeed veer Harinder singh jeo! indeed...but what Sri GuruBani ji say is much deeper. Sheikh Fareed ji's salook in SriGuruGranthSahibJi end with the 2 beautiful salooks:

ਇਕੁਫਿਕਾਨਗਾਲਾਇਸਭਨਾਮੈਸਚਾਧਣੀ ॥
ਹਿਆਉਨਕੈਹੀਠਾਹਿਮਾਣਕ ਸਭਅਮੋਲਵੇ ॥੧੨੯॥
ਸਭਨਾਮਨਮਾਣਿਕਠਾਹਣੁਮੂਲਿਮਚਾਂਗਵਾ ॥
ਜੇਤਉਪਿਰੀਆਦੀਸਿਕਹਿਆਉਨਠਾਹੇਕਹੀਦਾ ॥੧੩੦॥

Do not utter even a single harsh word; your True Lord and Master abides in all.
Do not break anyone's heart; these are all priceless jewels. ||129||
The minds of all are like precious jewels; to harm them is not good at all.
If you desire your Beloved, then do not break anyone's heart. ||130||
