from a purely scientific perspective, you should not keep anything acidic in sarbloh, so any food cooked with tomato is out (dals, etc). the acids in the tomatoes can cause the sarbloh to get pits and discolor, as well as leaching rust into the food very quickly.
even wet foods in general, you'll notice if they even sit in sarbloh for an hour or two will discolor the food and make stains on the vessel. sarbloh is a very reactive material and has to be cleaned and dried immediately after use.
