With Guru’s Kirpa a Cyber Sidharn paath begun July 15, 2010 is being read by Singhs and Kaurs around the world for Har Kirin Kaur Khalsa Bhainji at her request and reached Ang 820 by Wednesday July 28th.
Until recently, Har Kirin Kaur Bhainji had been in remission from cancer. On Friday July 16, 2010 Kaiser Hospital surgeons successfully removed a removed a partial cancerous fibroid tumor from her abdomen. The cancer was completely encapsulated within the tumor so that surgeons were able to remove all cancer cells entirely. Prior to surgery Genetic testing biopsy was done to the tumor by Wiesenthal Cancer Group

performs tumor profiling to offer the most appropriate chemo therapy to target the specific genetic type of cancer and has been shown to improve survival rates by 7-9 times more than tradition non specific chemo.
At this time Kaiser Hospital does not offer genetic specific chemo therapy the cost of which is $70,000 and must be scheduled to being by the middle of August 2010.
For more than 30 years Har Kirin Kaur Khalsa Bhainji has been an ardent and active servant of the Khalsa Panth. She has helped to organize countess keertan smaghams, gurmat camps, and langars. She has been at the bedside of the seriously ill helping them through illnesses, surgeries and the loss of loved ones. Whether newly immigrated, students, or in want of sangat, Bhainji opened her home to Singhs and Kaurs in need of housing, treating them as her own family. Throughout her illness, remission and recent hospitalization, Har Kirin Kaur Bhainji has shown remarkable courage, and full faith in Guru Sahib with complete spirit of Chardi kalaa. Those of us who and love her and have been blessed by her kindness hope that she would be able to continue the fight for her life without losing the home which has given so much to so many.
