If you live in Canada I think you can get this book at Satnam Trust/Khalsa School. I remember my brother getting a few copies there a while ago.

i actually got a free copy from gurukhoj shipped to the US a couple of years ago... maybe email them and see if they'll send it if you pay shipping costs.

I got my copy for free as well in Jan 2009, took 11 days to reach. But now its only in UK as mentioned on the site.
