Gurmat Naam Abhyass Kamai

It is written in Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Jees pustak titled Gurmat Naam Abhyass Kamai.
That when doing Simran, one should go rrrr with the RaRa as it digs deeper in the well of nectar.
So it would be Vahegurrroo

The above i heard from Gursikhs, they said Bhai Sahib wrote it. Please can someone shed some light on on what is written in the pustak. Page no would be good so, one could read it in punjabi too.

in my unlearned opinion, naam simran should be done as instructed by panj piyaras at the time of amrit. not as read in a book.
