Who is greater ? Vishnu Avataar or Gurmukh

Posted by harinder_singh
There are some "sikhs" who try to equate Vishnu Avataars like Ram and Krishan with Guru Sahiban. This is HUGE NINDIYA.
Leave aside Satguru, even the Gurmukh Sikhs of Satguru are WAY ABOVE Ram and Krishan.
Let Gurbani do the faisslaa. The pankitis I am posting are simple and easy to understand and dont need any deep vichaar.

All the incarnations of Vishnu like Rama and Krishan were destroyed by KAL, but they could not destroy him. 28.

The Gurmukhs do not die; they are not consumed by death. The Gurmukhs are absorbed in the True Lord. ||2||

To be fair, we must realize that different Gurmukhs are of different Avasthaas. A person who has just chhak Amrit and started doing Naam Kamaayee is classified as a Gurmukh but he may not be a candidate of Sachkhand right away. At this state, on his own, this Gurmukh may not be superior to these Devtas but soon enough, after intense Naam Kamaayee, he elevates to the higher spiritual realms and becomes superior to all creation of Vaheguru.

Ordinary human beings, without good Karma are not superior to the Devtas because if they were, then there wouldn't be such Pankitis as:

(I am sacrifice to my Guru hundreds of times in a day; because he has turned ordinary humans into Devtas and doing so he did not take any time).

Now the questions arises, if Devtas are superior to ordinary Humans, then why do they long for the Human body as is evident in this Pankiti?

The answer is that though they are superior to ordinary Humans, they are much lower than the potential of Humans. Humans can move to much higher realms than where Devtas are stationed. In order to move to higher Khands or realms, they Devtas can't go directly from where they are but they have to be born as Humans, do Bhagti and then move to higher realms.

Some Devtas, Sidhas and other higher beings become aware that the only way to achieve real salvation and get one with Vaheguru is through the true Guru. For this reason, they long for Amrit Naam, that is obtained only from the true Guru, as is evident in the following Pankiti:

(The Devtas and sages are searching for Amrit; I got this Amrit from the Guru)

The entities that are currently sitting on the positions of Brahma, Mahesh, Indra or Vishnu are at these positions because of their great amount of good Karma but Gurmukhs can easily achieve (though they don't settle for them) these positions by listening to Gurmat Naam as per the following Pankiti:

Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee has written that these Devtas can't reach the real Devta-position that Gurmukhs reach after listening to Gurmat Naam.

People whose intelligence is tainted by Hindu, Buddhist or Semitic philosophies, try to understand Gurmat through the lens of these incomplete philosophies. Sometimes they imagine that there is a Shakti (like a consort of Vaheguru) to whom Siri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib worshipped. They imagine this so called Shakti to look like Durga or Chandi. They also have soft corners for Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh etc and secretly even invoke these Devtas when in need. They invoke Ganpati Ganesh when starting a task, invoke Lakshmi on Diwali to get rich, invoke Saraswati to get Vidya etc. Such acts are unbecoming of a Gurmukh. May Guru Sahib bless them with Bibek Budhi.

The conclusion of this Vichaar is that the position of a Rehitvaan, Abhyaasi Gurmukh is higher than Devtas, Paighambars (prophets), Sidhas and Buddhas.
