I have a question about Bibek. Is atta ( flour) and haldi ( tumeric ) considered Bibek?

Raw ingredients like sugar, flour, haldi, etc are considered Bibek as per Gurmat Bibek book of Bhai Sahib. Stamp of Bibek is put on food when it is cooked by tyaar bar tyaar Khalsa.
