In the 1st pangtee is it referring to gursikhs or guru sahib jee or both?

and in the 2nd pangtee is the place being referred to the body which is the temple of naam

This shabad has triggered old memories. A very loving Gursikh used to sing this Shabad in Raag Bhairo. It used to be like arrival of Saawan after the month of HaaR.

In the first pankiti it seems like Bhagat means accomplished Gursikhs who are coloured in the divine Naam Rang. Later on in this Shabad, the following pankiti appears:

ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੁਝ ਤੇ ਹੋਵੈ ਅਉਰੁ ਨ ਦੂਜਾ ਕਰਤਾ ॥
ਭਗਤੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੋਈ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਤੂ ਰੰਗੁ ਧਰਤਾ ॥੨॥


From this Pankiti we can easily infer that ਭਗਤੁ here means Gursikh. So we can assume that in the original pankiti as well, the word ਭਗਤਾ is plural and for Gursikhs.

In the second pankiti, the words ਥਾਨੁਸੁਹਾਵਾਸਦਾ literally means - "your place (of residence)is always pleasant". One place of dwelling of Vaheguru is definitely the heart of Bhagats and permanent abode of Vaheguru is Sachkhand. This pankiti does not give any indication whether Guru Sahib is referring to the heart of a Bhagat or Sachkhand. I would assume that since the Bhagats are being praised in this Shabad, most probably ਥਾਨੁਸੁਹਾਵਾਸਦਾ here means the Hirda of a Bhagat.
